Miss Martinez is currently an unranked prospect in the 2027 class according to our Texas State Rankings.  She plays volleyball at Johnson High School and also for the Laredo Unity volleyball club.  When we were evaluating all of the liberos at the showcase, Madison showed us tons of heart, speed, and ability to cover a lot of ground in the back row.  She had a nice jump serve that was extremely consistent as she hit her zones with confidence.  We were pleased with the angles that she created with her platform during serve receive as they kept the ball on her side of the net and in line with target.  Defensively she kept a low posture even while moving to the ball and this will keep her very efficient at digging as the minimal movement with her upper body is key for consistency.  You can tell that she loves the game because she was all smiles with her teammates and coaches.  We are very happy to have met her and look forward to covering her journey moving forward in the sport.  Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award at our showcase.
