Over the last couple of seasons, Maezi has slowly improved from being big and shy to big and able to take over a match if you let her. I also like how her strength and jumping ability has improved, as proof that she’s put in the work to get stronger and jump higher rather than rest on the fact that she’s 6’3″. The work ethic is there, the high volleyball IQ is there, and she’s steadily improved over the years of playing. What more do you need?
