I remember seeing Gaines in her 15s year play for Ohio Premier at Central Zone and was so impressed by her power and physicality from the pin.  She has continued to elevate her game throughout her career and will be heading to Toledo where they also picked up a key commit in Jessica Costlow from Michigan Elite.  Gaines will be playing her club volleyball this upcoming season for Elevation out of Northeast Cincinnati. She is someone who will be able to score points at the next level where she can make herself available in multiple front row and backrow scenarios to terminate.
