As I saw Mary at the Prep Dig camp in San Antonio, I saw how well she controlled the court even in a fast paced setting with new teammates. She gets stopped prior to setting the ball almost everytime. She jump set almost every ball, which kept the tempo high and made her very tough for blockers to read. Her neutral style stood out because she did not give away her targets early. She talked, took charge, and showed real leadership as a young setter in the 2028 class.
