Sheridan, ranked #20 in Division III, took down a good Chillicothe team 3-1 to advance in postseason play. O’Brien was their leader as she powered her way to 26 total kills on a .288 efficiency. Defensively, the senior was equally impressive with 13 digs and four blocks as she asserted herself well to ensure the win for the Generals. O’Brien has been impressive all season as she has been performing at her highest rate over her varsity career with an average of 4.2 k/s on over 350 kills in 2026. Her capacity to swing through the full range of the court starts with her movement and approach work as she builds momentum well to get up on time, allowing her vision and control of her arm. Sheridan will face Tri-Valley next in what should be a highly spirited match.
