Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am voted the biggest cheerleader or motivator since I started playing in sixth-grade. When a teammate makes an error, I am the first to tell her to shake it off. Don’t let it bother her; she will get the next one. I simply love playing volleyball, and truly want everyone I play with to love the game as much as I do.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am actively involved with National Honor Society, Beta, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. In 2024, I placed fifth place at Kentucky State Beta Convention for my quilling picture.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

The younger members of my high school team look to me for guidance on the court. They know I will answer questions and help anyway I can without giving attitude or acting like I am to good to help a freshman. I have over 50 hours of community service between Beta and NHS. I donate my time and items for many different projects with my school. E

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

During my freshman year of travel ball, I kept getting sick during and after tourneys. While jumping back to back I would get so light headed I thought I would pass out. It took over a year and many many test. But I have vasovagal near syncope. I have had to make dietary changes and start weight lifting with my legs.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that has a good engineering department. I don’t want to be on the other side of the country from my family, but the college doesn’t have to be in Kentucky. The size of the college isn’t really important to me as long as the engineering program is good, and I am a good fit with the volleyball team.
