About Mia

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a focused player with high Volleyball IG on the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Every coach would say " I am one of the most coachable players they have ever met". Mentally, I have had some very tough coaches and I did not let it get in the way of what I need to do for my team or myself on the court. I try to learn from what they are saying. We never win unless we all work together.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

NJHS, NJCL, MVP 2023

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a member of National Charity League and we do a lot of community service. I am one of 2 leaders chosen by my High School coach.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I broke my shoulder one season and had severe anemia another, and that set me back a couple of years ago. I have been working hard in agility classes, private lessons and doing sand all summer to get myself back to where I needed to be.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would love a college that I feel I can stay and play for my whole collegiate experience.
