About Milyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a competitive player who plays to win. My passion is what drives me to be who I am as a player. I play with tenacity and strategies.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a competitive person who is always striving to be better. When it comes to volleyball, I always have the mindset and focus to win with my team. I have a strong passion for the game which motivates me to be even better each time I step on court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a part of the Leadership program at my school and work as an Athletic Commissioner.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I acquire the skills of sportsmanship, leadership, and a strong work ethic.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

The biggest setback I have faced as a volleyball player is not having the advantage of playing club. I put in the work in my own time to develop myself as a player on and off the court.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that has a competitive team but also values friendships and bonds. I would love to be a part of a college volleyball program who are motivated to win and always willing to improve as a team.
