Vorst put a lot of great power into balls throughout the event. Vorst especially excelled when balls arrived at the top of her peak. Vorst put down a number of great line hits. She also executes slides. Vorst will only get better playing with a top-notch club team.

Vorst had a big sophomore season for the Lake Flyers as she led her team offensively at 3.0 k/s on a total of 249 kills. Her efficiency was solid as well as the 5’11 middle hit at a team best .307. She also led the Flyers defensively at the net a 2.1 b/m helping to earn her 1st team all-district honors. Her big approach pattern helps her develop good momentum that allows her space and opportunity to take heavy swings in the air when on time through quicker options. She can beat a team with good touch as well as she has good court awareness through her work on offense.
