About Mylee

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a libero, I'm fast, focused, and fearless. I thrive on reading the game, making tough digs, and keeping the ball alive. I take pride in my serve receive and communication, always working to be the backbone of the defense and steady presence of my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm competitive, determined, and always pushing myself to get better. I don't back down from a challenge, and I stay positive no matter what. I lead with energy, support my teammates, and play with heart every single point.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Volleyball has helped me grow as a leader, especially in my role as a libero. In April 2025, I was voted 414 13's Elite player of the month by my teammates. I also received the Coach's Award at UW-Whitewater Camp and I Served on the 414 Elite Player Committee. These experiences have strengthened my confidence, communication, and love for the game.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I've overcome is building mental strength during tough games. I used to get in my own head after mistakes, but I've worked hard to stay focused, reset quickly, and not let one play define the rest of the match. I've learned how to stay confident under pressure and be the calm, steady player my team can count on.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college with strong academics and a competitive volleyball program where I can keep growing as a Libero, I want a team with great culture, coaches who push me to be my best, and a school that feels like home. Whether it's big or small. I care most about finding the right fit both on and off the court.
