Holloway is one of the liberos of the Austin Skyline 18 Royal team that will play this week in Bryan. She joined the team last season and has immediately become a big part of their defensive system, displaying excellent positioning and superior ball control. Holloway can control hard-driven swings sent her way, but is also agile enough to get to tips and keep the ball off the floor. The libero does very good work in serve-receive too, covering a large area of the court and delivering accurate passes, and is also very precise when asked to set in transition.

A new face in Texas this season, Holloway did a good job as the libero of the Austin Skyline 17 Black team that had one win and four losses in the event. Her positioning was a difference-maker on the backcourt as it allowed her to be in a good spot to handle hard-driven swings and placed her one step ahead when dealing with free balls. Holloway’s technique also showed in serve-receive, as she was very reliable with her passing, and when she stepped up to set in transition.
