Mackie showed she can produce in any role on the court and she wound up stepping into the setter role for the Rams this fall. Mackie tried to set hitters at the tops of their peaks. Mackie also started things off well with sound passes and made things happen with her serves. Mackie did have some chances to hit and made the most of them. Mackie had 467 assists, 227 digs and 34 aces for the Rams this fall.

Mackie produces at all six spots for the Rams. She tips things to different spots in the front row and pounds a tough cross-court shot. She has a solid serve and first touches. Mackie should have another big season with her work ethic.

Mackie is a sound all-around player for the Rams. Mackie has a tough cross shot and mixes it in with a soft touch to the front row. Mackie also has nice first touches on balls to jumpstart the offense. Mackie also has a sharp line drive serve. The one area of her game that could use some work is blocking. Mackie had 178 kills, 384 digs and 54 aces to help the Rams go 24-13, win the 63rd District crown and drive to the 16th Region title game.
