How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My play style as a setter/libero is fast-paced, vocal, and team-focused. I prioritize consistency, quick decision-making, and strong court awareness to keep the offense organized and the defense steady. I’m adaptable under pressure and always focused on making smart plays that help my team succeed.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’d describe my mentality as competitive, composed, and team-oriented. I stay positive under pressure, communicate well with my teammates, and always look for ways to improve. I take pride in being dependable on the court and bringing energy, focus, and leadership to every match.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

At this moment i'm not involved in any clubs. I plan to achieve over 150 hours of volunteer work every year for high school. Some non-sport awards i've achieved are A-B Honor roll for school, and other school related achievements.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through volleyball, I’ve developed strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Playing as a setter/libero has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and support my teammates both on and off the court. I’ve also learned discipline, accountability, and the importance of encouraging others to help build a positive team environment.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One significant challenge I’ve faced was learning how to handle pressure during important matches while balancing school, training, and team expectations. As a setter/libero, every play requires focus, communication, and quick decision-making, so mistakes can feel very noticeable. Over time, I learned how to stay composed, trust my training, and use pressure as motivation to improve.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college that can support not only my educational needs, but one that can help me continue and improve my love and determination for volleyball. I want a program where I can continue developing my skills as a setter/libero, compete at a high level, and be part of a positive, hardworking culture. Academically, I’m looking for a school that offers strong opportunities for my goals.
