Butler will be with the Austin Skyline 17 Royal team that will get on the court to play in the 17s division Power Pool in Arizona. She does a great job of controlling the backcourt for her team, playing an important leadership role for them and making a difference with her consistent and productive play. Butler gets a lot of touches when playing defense and is very reliable with her passing, which allows her team to continue in system even in difficult moments. Her serve is very tricky and reliable, often getting opponents out of system.

Rileigh is currently ranked as the 34^th best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.  She plays volleyball at Johnson School and plays club for the Austin Skyline volleyball program.  I was able to watch a very well contested and difficult three set victory on Sunday against a tough Madfrog 17 National Green team and I was thoroughly impressed with what I saw from Miss Butler.  She was very poised and in control as she covered the back row and nothing seemed to faze her.  By being unflappable on the court during tough times, it really keep the composure of the entire team even.  The future Ole Miss Rebel can truly do it all in the back row with speed and precision.  Not only does she pass nails for her squad, but she also allows her offense to swing away with confidence knowing that she is back there covering them in case they get blocked.  In a team full of studs, I was very impressed with her leadership and overall play. 

Butler is one of the standouts of the Austin Skyline 17 Royal team that will appear in the 17 Open division. We’ve been following her since she played in the 15s age group and she has continued to develop into one of the strongest defensive players in the state. Butler is very technical and quick on the backcourt and is one of a few players who can be equally effective when playing defense on the left and the middle. She can also make an impact from the service line and often gets her opponents out of system with her tough serves.
