About Riley

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am aggressive and quick on my feet. I try my best to cover as much court as I can and help my team by reading the opponents offense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am there for my team no matter if I am on or off the court. I am a super loud and cheerful teammate while also staying calm and composed throughout the game.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have volunteered as a coach multiple times at a local volleyball club called La jolla knights, where I first started playing.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed multiple qualities like leadership through coaching and playing volleyball, and I have developed many skills from community service Becuase I have helped clean up beaches as well as helping at the cat cafe in La jolla by cleaning bowls and sweeping floors.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A big challenge I have faced throughout my life has been anxiety becuase it causes me to stress over little things like tests in school or missing a single pass during volleyball. Although, I have been getting better about calming those emotions which has really helped me.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a competitive school with good education and an amazing community.
