Jeremy Deckard | Prep Dig Scout
Daggett was featured in an earlier report this week on Wichita-area prospects to watch closely. There is a reason for that, as she finished her junior season with 389 kills and 225 digs for the Redhawks. She has posted back-to-back seasons with at least 300 kills and 200 digs. She is ranked No. 35 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027.

Daggett had an awesome junior season for the Redhawks. She led the team in kills (394), aces (41), and blocks (24), and was second in digs with 225. For a six-foot-two athlete, she moves really well. North had a down season in 2025, but to be fair, they lost a ton of talent from their 2024 squad, which reached the state tournament. Daggett is ranked No. 35 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027. She was one of the top-uncommitted talents in my book.

Daggett has put together back-to-back seasons with 300-plus kills. The North junior finished with 389 kills in 71 sets played this past fall. As a junior, she recorded 314. Another season of 300-plus kills would mean that she reaches the 1,000-career kill plateau. She has also posted back-to-back seasons with at least 200 digs and has 524 for her career. Daggett is ranked No. 30 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027 and is still uncommitted to my knowledge.

Dagget is ranked No. 27 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027, but is still flying under the radar. Wichita North did not publish public stats last season, which makes it difficult to compare Daggett to some of the other better blockers and attackers in the state. She has excellent quickness and the physicality to be an athlete a college team can build around. She can hit from the middle or outside. She can play six rotations, and if I were a JUCO head coach in Kansas, she would be at the top of my “call list.”

Daggett is ranked No. 29 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027. The Redhawks qualified for the Class 6A State Championship last season and have a couple of seniors still uncommitted whose names I have been sharing with college coaches who are still looking to add ’25s. Daggett just finished her sophomore season and will now have to step up into a leadership role and become the team’s top attacking target heading into next fall.

Several people were surprised when Wichita North made the Class 6A State Tournament Field last fall, but not this cat! I saw Daggett and her North teammates last summer in a team tournament at Butler County Community College. I was impressed with Daggett’s intensity and grit during that tournament. She is a physical and graceful attacker who can be the primary or secondary weapon in an offense.
