About Noli

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very passionate, intense/ aggressive and positive player. I like to cheer on my teammates and keep them working their best while also putting as much power and thought into my playing as possible.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have been involved in campus wide efforts to help kids feel included throughout my district. I have also won many academic awards for having top scores and our PSAT and other district testing.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned how to regulate the needs of a team to coaches or other people who need to be aware of certain situations. I have learned to be very compassionate to keep people from becoming too consumed in the game to play at their best. I have also developed the ability to cater what people need to hear to be able to continue to play.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Due to many unfortunate circumstances my schools volleyball program started later that others. We started playing in 6th grade with only parent volunteers until my 8th grade season. That is where we had a first year coach who had played collegiate volleyball. This has caused a lot of trial and error and some setbacks.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that offers a spectacular science and engineering program. I wish to provide in chemical engineering and want to find a college that can cater to both volleyball and chemical engineering.
