The outside hitter position requires players to do a little bit of everything, and Rylee Villano took on that responsibility all day long. She didn’t have much downtime. One point she’s steadying serve and receive. Then she’s hitting a hard-driven ball. A couple of seconds later, she is all in on the approach to the left pin.

The one thing I noticed most was that none of those responsibilities carried over into the next match. She was balanced throughout the match and that consistency helped her team maintain the rhythm. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas
