About Samantha

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a libero I, read hitters early — shoulder position, approach angle, and tendencies, make tough plays look routine and bring energy and confidence to the team. I value hustle, consistency, and a high volleyball IQ.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a libero in volleyball, I’ve developed a mix of technical skills and people skills that go way beyond just defense. Playing libero has taught me leadership through communication, teamwork through trust, and resilience through pressure — skills that translate far beyond the volleyball court.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a competitive volleyball program, strong academics overall — so the school will help you in a non-athletic career, and a pathway to law either a great pre-law experience or connection to a respected law school later.
