Senior right side Sara Buoni Sara Buoni MH GA has become Johns Creek’s leading scorer at 3.2 kills per set and had already reached 200 kills as the Gladiators moved into the upper group of Class 6A.

Sara gives Johns Creek a dependable option on a pin that doesn’t always get the same attention as the left side. I like how that changes an offense. When the right side can consistently score, opposing blockers can’t simply lean toward the outside all night. Her production gives Johns Creek better balance and makes the entire front row harder to read. ~ S.Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga

Junior right side/middle Sara Buoni Sara Buoni MH GA (#11) showcased why she’s one of the Gladiators’ most dangerous hitters. She used patience and vision at the net, tooling blocks, tipping smartly, and working around Seckinger’s size. Her ability to vary her attack gave Johns Creek multiple scoring options in both transition and structured plays.

Sara was a weapon on the right side. She had a lethal line shot that painted the sideline and was nearly impossible to stop. Sara knew how to utilize every set she got and was a powerhouse hitter who rarely made errors. She had great swings in out-of-system situations and also put up a wall of a block on the pin.
