Shea Kelly Shea Kelly RS State IL is a new one on my radar. I saw her play for Wisconsin Juniors 16-1 team at MEQ a couple of weeks ago and was impressed with her swing and how she sets the block. Kelly has a heavy left handed swing from the right side where it packs a punch. It is tough for the other side of the net to cleanly pass the ball. With her block, the opposing outside hitter has to think twice, she is taking up a lot of space with her hands. This Wisconsin Juniors 16-1 squad has some great athletes from both sides of the border.
