How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Multi-sport scholar-athlete and six-rotation OH with standout length, speed, and versatility (6'0", 9'10" jump touch). Explosive leaping ability, smooth movement, sharp court IQ and strong all-around in attack, serve, and defense. Varsity starter • All-Conference HM • District Champ • Elite 8 (OH DII) • 4x MaxPreps POM • Prep Dig POTW Nom • Media-Featured. Coachable, team-first, always improving.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a positive leader and team player, mentally strong, and take pride in being coachable and professional I’m excited to keep growing and competing at the next level.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I maintain a 4.2 GPA (Honors/AP Coursework) and lead through service and school initiatives. I was selected for the Student-Athlete Scholars Merit Program and earned my school’s Scholar-Athlete Award. I’m also part of the National Spanish Honor Society, Spanish Club, Honor Roll, and Student Council—committed to leadership and positive impact.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Coaches highlight my professionalism and willingness to learn, which making me a reliable and respected teammate. With a 4.2 GPA and enrollment in honors courses, I balance rigorous academics with elite athletics through self-discipline. My consistent performance in high-pressure tournaments, camps, and national showcases, speaks to my mental toughness and ambition.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a university that offers both academic rigor and athletic excellence. An environment known for its strong collegiate reputation, where championship-level athletics are matched by top-tier academics and a vibrant, engaged student body.

An OCC honorable mention selection, Damron averaged 2.0 k/s on the season this past fall while showing good promise in her game to develop into a high performing offensive threat going forward. She had a few matches with some big production, including an effort of 19 kills and 12 digs early in the season, which helped increase attention to her game with Big Walnut. She jumps well and can play six-rotations, which is a great combination for a primary pin with a couple more varsity seasons ahead.
