About Shelby

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am Involved in the community service club, Women in business, Regals in health care, LAHSO (Latin - American - Hispanic - Student - Organization), and Honor code.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A challenge that I have faced is being to hard on my self. I started my career late and I am doing everything I can to get to where I want to be. I am a DS/SS/L for my high school season and I have loved it but it has been a struggle dealing with challenges within the team dynamic and scared I am not getting enough playing time to play in college.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that is not landlocked. A large college hopefully 15,000 + students, a strong sports program and a large football program. I want a school that values your personality and really feels like home. I also want a school that has strong academics so I can continue bettering my education.
