Sloane is currently an unranked prospect in the 2027 Class according to our Prep Dig Washington State Rankings. She currently plays for Annie Wright High School and also the Dakine Warriors volleyball club program. She is listed as a defensive specialist/libero and outside hitter. Miss Jackson impressed her court coaches and they nominated her for this award. After watching her on the court, I could totally see why they selected her. When it comes to ball control, Sloane has a lot of it. While she attacks the ball both in the air and with down balls in out of system plays, she focuses extra hard on her hand contact. By controlling that hand contact, she is able to direct the ball to the exact location she wants it to go. As a defender, she keeps her eyes fixated on the opposing side to read where she should be positioned in order to play the ball. She is not afraid to go to the ground if need be and every team she is on will use that effort to their advantage. It is also very contagious for her teammates and will work wonders for their team defense. Stay tuned for more from Sloane.
