Abdullah is a quick, athletic middle who was simply fun to watch. She covered a ton of ground, consistently got to balls others wouldn’t, and ran the slide with great timing and precision. Her impressive vertical and fast arm swing allowed her to attack above the block and terminate plays over and over again. While she is equally impressive defensively, it was her athleticism and offensive play that really stood out to me. When her team can stay in system, opposing teams better watch out as the ball as she was likely to terminate everything sent her way.
