About Sophia

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I try to be very versatile. Being light on my feet is one of the best things that I do. It’s really valuable to be able to make quick and smart plays and I try to do that to the best of my ability.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mindset is just to stay in the game. It’s really difficult to stay in the game and have a healthy mindset, but if you can recover quickly mentally then you can recover quickly in how you play.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a part of my schools marching band.

As a starting middle, she demonstrates a nice swing and an ability to find holes in the defense for tip kills, making her a player to watch for the Tigers.

Another raw middle in the rankings that has some significant upside to her game. She comes from Oakville High School and saw enough action in the middle to show promise. She is a long 5’9” with significant ups and will develop into a solid middle for the Tigers. I saw a considerable increase in her play over the club season.
