How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm naturally competitive and read the game well while calling out to my team to get the best result. As a setter, I like to talk plays out with them too, I want to know how I can change things up for the hitters as needed.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I always strive to be better, my biggest competitor is myself. When not in, I'm cheering my team on from the sidelines and like to encourage others, especially when they're feeling aggravated.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Skills I have been developing are being a leader for my team. While knowing the strengths of my teammates, I occasionally help to set up a lineup that will give us the biggest advantage we need to succeed. I volunteer to help coach the younger (elementary and middle school) players during volleyball camps.
