How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style is smart, fast-paced, and passionate. I’m a vocal setter who leads with confidence, reads the court well, and brings a competitive edge with a spark that sets the tone for my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a strong leader and true team player. I stay focused, bring high energy, and never shy away from pressure. I have a bold, driven mentality and a natural spunk that makes me stand out while lifting up the people around me.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Outside of volleyball, I’m not currently involved in other clubs or organizations because volleyball is truly all-consuming. Between team practices, extra clinics, and training, it takes up most of my time—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Volleyball isn’t just a sport for me, it’s my world.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong leadership skills by being a vocal and confident presence on the court. As a setter, I’ve learned how to bring people together, read the energy of the team, and step up in big moments. Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced was when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. It was a tough time, but it taught me a lot about resilience and staying focused through adversity. I’m incredibly grateful she’s now cancer-free, and the experience has made me stronger both in life and in volleyball.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a Division I college with a strong athletic program, great academics, and an all-around ideal college experience. Coming from a small island like Oʻahu, I’m excited for the challenge of a bigger environment where I can grow as both a student and an athlete.
