Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’m a detail-oriented player who genuinely loves the strategy behind the game. I don’t just show up to practice—I come prepared and focused, I’m passionate about studying game IQ and learning how different teammates play, so I can adjust my movements and approach to support both my growth and the team’s success. I take pride in being coachable, adaptable, and always hungry to get better.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I’m work to be authentic and genuine in everything I do. I push myself hard because I want to be the best, but I also get really excited when I see others succeed. Lately, I’ve been working on finding balance as I take on more involvement at school and in my community. I’m all about owning my roles and challenges are something I love—they push me to grow and help me stay motivated.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Lesher IB World Student on the Month
Fort Collins High School Student Counsel 2025-26
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I’ve been in the GT program for a while now, and one of the biggest advantages is that I’ve had a lot of experience researching, creating, and presenting team projects. I’ve grown into a strong leader through that process. I really respect what each person brings to the table, and I actually enjoy figuring out how we can all use our strengths to create something great together.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Growing up with just my mom has definitely shaped who I am. She’s been doing it all on her own, and honestly, while I have heard it often, I don’t really see my situation as a disadvantage. If anything, it’s taught me discipline and how to handle things without making excuses. I’ve learned not to compare myself to other people—I just stay in my lane and keep moving forward.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m still figuring out exactly what kind of college experience I’m looking for, but I do know that strong academics are really important to me. If I let myself dream a little, I picture ending up somewhere I can play both indoor and sand volleyball—that would be the absolute best of both worlds.
