Germann saw her ranking go from 34 to 23 in our most recent update. The Missouri State volleyball commit helped her club, Alpha Omega Volleyball capture a bid to this summer’s national championships. The 5’11” pin has shown improvement this club season with court vision and shot awareness, which has increased her kill total during the tournament season. She is a hard-nosed competitor.

Rounding out the highest debut players at 34 is Germann. The Southern Boone product doubled her kill output in 2023, finishing the year with 379 kills. The 5’11” athlete can swing in the middle and on the pin currently but I could see her being primarily a pin player at the next level as she’s shown she can defend with over 300 digs.
