Tehya Yazzie Tehya Yazzie MB/OH Monument Valley | 2026 State AZ delivered a remarkable final season at Monument Valley, showcasing exceptional grit, athleticism, and all-around dominance as a true six-rotation powerhouse. A trusted go-to option in the biggest moments, Tehya’s steady leadership and reliable scoring fueled her team’s outstanding 13–2 conference record and their return to the state tournament, where they battled to the quarterfinals against a tough Gilbert Christian squad.

Her offensive production this season was nothing short of elite. Tehya finished ranked #2 in kills in the entire 3A conference and #22 statewide, closing just shy of 400 kills for the year. She graduates with a stellar 1,225 career kills and a strong .226 hitting percentage, cementing her reputation as one of the most dangerous attackers in Arizona.

Equally impactful in the back row, Tehya recorded 200 digs this season and 764 throughout her career, proving her value as a complete, six-rotation player. At the service line and the net, she added 66 aces and 72 blocks, rounding out an incredibly versatile and dominant senior year.

Tehya’s final season was one for the books. We will definitely miss watching her in 3A.
