Watching Tessa play she has some of the best form out there. She always seems to have the right angle, and her footwork and arms are always in the correct spot to make contact. Her platform is always smooth which leads to great passes to the setter to keep people in system. During drills she was always standing out with her communication and energy, as she was a big vocal leader on the floor and was leading her court mates throughout drills or game play.

During game play I was impressed with her overall reaction time when it came to her defense. She was always reacting to the ball off the block or stepping up and taking away angles when the block wasn’t there and constantly delivering high quality balls. She was always able to get great touches on the ball and was rarely beaten during the scrimmage aspect at any point against the quality competition at the showcase. She is a libero that preformed very well at the showcase and is someone to get to know as we head into school season!

Tessa is a great libero and really has a lot of high end skills that coaches love to see in liberos. She has the opportunity to really show up at this showcase and make some waves with her game play for all the scouts. Tessa is a fast and athletic libero who moves extremely well on the floor and gets a ton of great touches on the ball, even when she leaves her feet and lays out she seems to always get a playable touch and helps her team stay in system more over not. She also is a good server and has a great jump serve that often will help her team in keep the other out of system. She is precise with her placement and really adds and element to her game with her serving ability. Tessa is an all around great defender and really will have a chance to showcase that and rise in our rankings once our showcase ends. I am excited to watch her compete and play against the other kids in her class and see her rise to the occasion.
