Nover-Estes’ gun-slinging style has meshed perfectly with PVA 17 Elite’s star-studded lineup. Loyola Marymount was eager to pick up this dynamic setter, who did a little of everything for Lawrence Free State High School as a junior. Nover-Estes averaged nearly nine assists per set and was also a leading backcourt defender for the Firebirds. This year’s Show Me Qualifier brought more stock-rising moments en route to a fifth-place finish. Expect another uptick in the win column during Nover-Estes’ swan song prep season.

Nover-Estes runs the offense for the Thunderbirds. She has registered 687 assists during her junior season. She can also be dangerous at the net, based on her totals of 78 kills and 43 blocks in 82 sets played. She is currently ranked No. 22 overall by Prep Dig Kansas. Free State qualified for the tournament coming out of the West Region by defeating Garden City in a sub-state final. Free State is the No. 8 Seed with a record of 20-12.
