Springy and with a whip for an arm, Victoria is an active, six-rotation outside that can do a little of everything an outside needs to do because of that high-end athleticism she carries. She’s already shown out at our showcases in the past, and her ability to compete and win at an open level within her graduating class should prove to recruiters her ability to get the job done at the next level.

Springy and with a live arm, Victoria’s sweet demeanor ends when she enters the 900 square feet. Explosive and terminal from the left side, Miss Kim is more likely to abuse undisciplined blocks and defenses than make a calculated shot to score points. On defense and serve receive, her active feet and calm platform make her ideal as a defensive recruit as well.

Victoria was a walk-up addition to our showcase yesterday, but a very welcome one at that. Springy and fast, Miss Kim was a positive force from start to finish, and was exceptional in attacking from both pins because of that speed and athleticism. She adjusted well regardless of where the ball was set—if it was tight, she got her feet there; if it was out-of-system, she still managed a swing to challenge the defense. The gym yesterday was FILLED with kids Victoria’s size (read: 5’7″), but none had the athleticism, speed and jumping ability on the outside, all wrapped in a positive attitude, like Victoria.
