Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I aim to play smart while using the skills and advise my teammates and coaches provide me so i play at my highest potential. i have good spacial awareness being able to place the ball where people are not. i am able to spot serve to zones while keeping my serve aggressive and difficult to receive.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I have been playing volleyball for 6 year, thought those years i have made it my goal to be supportive to my teammates and others on and off the court. on the court bring high energy and a positive attitude. i am always looking for advice wether that be from my coaches or my teammate. i balance my high energy with being 100% focused and determined to play at my best.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I have done countless hours of community serve through food drives and cleaning up the environment. I am part of the film and photography club at my school, i have also participated in many plays and musicals. I am apart of my schools quire program and i have 7 years of experience in the cello from 2nd grade to 8th.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I love encouraging my teammate and caring lots of supportive energy while on and off the court as well as at practice. The skills i've developed over the years are my mental toughness and my smart placement of the ball. I am working to further develop my skills as a teammate as well as an individual player while having a fun and focused season achieving great things with my coaches and teammates.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
As someone who is shorter i face lots of challenges with comparison and doubt that i will be to short to play at a higher collage level for volleyball. I want to prove them wrong and go far with my career. I am shorter but that doest stop me from trying my best to staying positive and confident about my skills and abilities.
What type of college are you looking for?
Im looking for one that has a good volleyball program and to have a nice welcoming environment for players or all kinds.
