It takes awhile for Zoe to grow on you as a left side. She will not be one of those girls that pounds it to the floor to see how high the ball bounces in front of the ten foot line. Her objective is to mystify her opponents with the location of her hits. She also plays a solid back row which allows her offensive exploits to extend to the back row.

For the Hoppers Zoe ranks second on the team in kills, digs and service aces. She contributes anyway she can. At 6’1″ with excellent arm extension her six rotation play has been instrumental in the Hoppers ascension to ranking number one in the DMV.

Zoe has committed to the Polar Bears of Bowdoin, a school in Brunswick, Maine. They are named the Polar Bears because class of 1877 Robert Perry led the first successful expedition to the North Pole. Pretty cool.
