All about the track, the blue oval, but some of the top volleyball athletes might be finding success at state track in the field events in the discus, high jump, long jump, discus, and shot put. There are plenty of athletes who may do both, but few are elite. With the heat advisory in effect for Thursday, Iowa once again will have an interesting weekend of weather with a high of 90 on Thursday down to 75 on Saturday. Bring on the weekend and some of the best athletes in the state to compete.
