Player Analysis: Johnson-Brock Eagles

<p>Nebraska is full of small towns, cornfields, and excellent sports. With the multitude of small towns and the comradery behind the Huskers, sports consume most of Nebraska’s youth’s pastime. This is why so many excellent athletes come from a state with a low population. One of these small towns is Johnson. Located in the southeast corner of Nebraska, Johnson doesn’t disappoint. Here’s highlights from this D-1 division school.</p> <p>1) Hailey Sandfort, #1, Senior</p> <p>I’m not sure what’s more impressive, Hailey’s setting or her defense. Hailey is boasting 399 assists for the season. Her form is exceptional, and she mixes up her sets nicely. She has racked up 170 digs and has a solid, consistent serve.</p> <p>2) Taylor Buchmeier, #4, Junior</p> <p>Taylor is a steadfast middle who brings good athleticism, a high vertical and a stellar slide. With 104 kills and a .250 hitting average, Taylor brings a composure her team has come to rely on.</p> <p>3) Jadyn Hahn, #7, Sophomore</p> <p>The ultimate all-around player, Jadyn brings it all. In the front row, Jadyn is sporting 194 kills and a .229 hitting average. In the back row, she has an impressive 30 digs. Jadyn is smart, keeping the ball in play and shows natural leadership on the court.</p> <p>4) Jordan Koehler, #13, Junior</p> <p>Yet another consistent player, Jordan brings a solid line shot and excellent back-row play. She has tallied 202 digs so far and has smooth, reliable serve receive.</p> <p>5) Audrey Sandfort, #16, Sophomore</p> <p>Audrey is a joy to watch. Her dynamic play brings highlight-film quality up’s and constant hustle. Audrey’s serve receive is second to none, and with her quick lateral movement, her defense is exemplary. Audrey has 309 digs and averages 14 digs per match. <br /> <br /> </p>
