<p>Eight seniors from state champion Assumption signed with college volleyball programs on National Signing Day Wednesday. </p>
<p>Annually, Assumption produces some of the top prep volleyball players in the nation. Assumption teammates Anna DeBeer and Rylee Rader have been named back-to-back Ms. Kentucky Volleyball award-winners. </p>
<p>Assumption, which shut out rival Mercy 3-0 (25-22, 25-21, 25-18) in the 2019 KHSAA Volleyball State Tournament title match, features six NCAA Division 1 signees. Louisville and Ohio State are among the college volleyball programs set to welcome in a player from Kentucky champion and national powerhouse Assumption.</p>
<p>Assumption has captured three straight KHSAA volleyball state championships. Currently, Assumption graduates from several classes are competing for college volleyball programs on multiple levels. </p>
