<p>As players, coaches, and recruiters transition from fall to club season, there are many athletes who will be entering the club scene hot off successful high school seasons. No stranger to top volleyball talent is the Siouxland area, pulling top players from NW Iowa, SE South Dakota, and NE Nebraska. Midwest Volleyball Power United based out of North Sioux City, South Dakota in the CNOS Fieldhouse/United Sports Academy houses many of these players during the spring. Here is a look at those players and what they can bring to a college program.</p>

<p><strong>2021 – Taylor Wilshire – Libero – Dakota Valley</strong></p>
<p>For a young athlete, Wilshire has ridiculous court awareness, great ability to read/anticipate plays, and a rare knowledge for the game. Wilshire recently became a South Dakota high school athlete, transferring to Class A powerhouse, Dakota Valley, for her junior year where she just helped the Panthers to a state runner-up finish after spending her first two seasons at Bishop Heelan High School in Sioux City, IA. At Heelan, Wilshire was named as a 2018 Missouri River Honorable Mention All-Conference selection and in 2019 she was just tabbed for DAK12 2nd Team recognition. In 2019, Wilshire was a member of the Midwest Volleyball Power 17 BLUE squad that took 5th place in the 17 Club Division at AAU Nationals. <p>Rosenquist is a quick, dynamic middle and OH who can elevate and read the court. As a member of the 2019 South Dakota Class A State Runner-Up Team, Rosenquist notched 272 kills on the season and was tabbed to the State All-Tournament Team in addition to receiving DAK12 1st Team honors. Along with her high school successes, she will also be a member of the MVP 17 RED team based out of North Sioux City, South Dakota this spring.</p>

This competitor is one of the best hustlers in the state and reads her opponents with the best of them, recording 382 digs her junior season for MOC-Floyd Valley. Her efforts earned her a spot on the Siouxland All-Conference Honorable Mention squad. When she’s not in the fall season, Groendyke can be found competing in club for Midwest Volleyball Power (she will be on MVP 17 RED this spring).</p>
