Karli Cardiff, 2020, OH, West Aurora, Cyclone VBC, Aurora University
Just two years ago, Aurora University made it to the final eight in NCAA Division III Volleyball. Karli has that opportunity to help this team to return to the NCAA Tournament.
Grace Cozzi, 2020, 5’6, DS/L, Cyclone VBC, College of DuPage
Of all the Junior Colleges in the state of Illinois, the College of DuPage has a reputation of academically and athletically, preparing students for bigger institutions. Grace will not only get her playing opportunity but will be looked at by NCAA Institutions looking for that player with college playing experience.
Alyssa Jean Baptiste, 2020, MB/RS, Waubonsie Valley, Cyclone VBC, Morton College
Look for Alyssa on the court during club season as she brings her versatility of playing both right side and middle hitter for the Cyclones. Morton College will be a good fit for Alyssa as she aims to play for an NCAA program in the future.
Cyclones may not be recognized as one of the biggest programs in Illinois, but has had success in tournaments and in the Chicago Power League. Look for them in the upcoming 2020 season!
