Ella did not see a lot of playing time as a freshman on varsity, but she made great contributions to the team in 2019. named to all-turnament teams and keyed on as a potential threat at the net, Wrobel was one of the reasons Plainfield North pressed toward a state tournament spot.
Maura Pilafas, 2022, 5’11, RS, Metea Valley, Sports Performance VBC
With 92 kills on the season, expect Maura to grow through club season and shine in her junior year. Good arm swing and jumps well at 5’11, expect big things from her in the future.
Logan Grevengoed, 2022, 6’1, RS, Chicago Christian, Michio VBC
Chicago Christian was one set away from states, but Logan gave everything she had. Despite just being a sophomore, her opponents had to find ways to around her. An offensive threat as well, expect Chicago Christian to power their way to states in 2020.
