Which 2023 Middles Are Making A Splash?

<p>With the season being cut short, I’m going to highlight some 2023 middles.</p>
<p>Middles have a tough job. They need to be able to get from pin to pin in a quick manner and pound the ball from the middle. Having great middles is so important to a team's success. </p>

This 6’2" middle is playing up with the 16’s and Nebraska Elite. She played in 66 sets with her always good Marian High School. She contributed 123 kills (1.9/set), 13 aces and 38 blocks. <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Alanna Bankston | 5’11" | Premier 15 Gold | Millard North</strong></span><br />
Alana had limited playing time at Millard North, due to a loaded upperclassmen roster, but look for her to contribute next season. Alana has grown in height and strength and was on the Premier 14 Gold team last season who won the National Division at USAV Nationals last year. Keep your eye on this player! <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Kensington Tekrony | 5’11" | Omaha Westside | Nebraska Elite 15-1</strong></span><br />
