Indiana’s N’s: More ‘N’ Names From All Classes
<p>Although our spelling of Indiana involved kids whose FIRST names started with ’N’, we have a list of N names whose LAST names start with N. Here are four we’re watching.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="85845" first="Audrey" last="Naberhaus"], ’22, 6-0, MB, Circle City 16 Black, Brownsburg High School</strong></p>
<p>Another tree from Brownsburg, this time a middle that is long and lean and can pretty much block everyone. She’s the M1 on this team, but probably pans out to an M2 at the next level due to her quick transition and get-up off of two feet. Her quiet consistency and positivism makes her a nice fit for a school looking for size and skill that doesn’t quit.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="85869" first="Emma" last="Nolley"], ’22, 5-7, DS, Team Indiana Elite 16, Shelbyville High School</strong></p>
<p>Although used as a three-rotation DS on this club team, she’s clearly the second libero, and when she’s in, the team passes with only two, her and the libero. Relentless chaser, always on her feet, and always makes the smart, if not perfect, contact. Mistakes just aren’t made with this one, and I can’t imagine her NOT being the libero next fall for Shelbyville.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="85922" first="Josie" last="Nobbe"], ’23, 6-0, OH, Circle City 15 Purple, Greensburg High School</strong></p>
<p>A thumper for both this team and her high school team, she’s known nothing but winning in her early career. Named All-Conference as a freshman for her 3A team this past fall, she’s receiving top-notch training from none other than Lori Janssen, one of the top trainers in the state. Rapidly approaching an attack touch of ten feet, she’s still a little awkward at this age. However, her maturity will catch up, and big things are expected of her come fall of 2020. Stay tuned.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="85825" first="Cadence" last="Notter"], ’22, 5-6, DS, Circle City 16 Purple, Covenant Christian High School</strong></p>
<p>Cadence is a solid defender and serve receiver from this tiny far-west-side-of-Indy school. Her ability to be a floor general while commanding respect from opposing teams got her this far. With Scott McQueen, club director, as her primary trainer on this team, she has no choice but to improve. Jump on this prospect quickly; she’ll be snatched up in no time.</p>
