2021 Central Texas Newest Additions to the State Rankings List Vol 2

<p>We began our rankings in late March with around seventy players and since then have exploded with over thirty new players added.  This has caused a lot of movement within the rankings and led to some very great discussions.  It makes our job so much harder but it is a great problem to have.  We thoroughly enjoy having these discussions and it makes it fun to qualify our thoughts.  We have written about these athletes before, however we are going to now introduce them once again but now with their much deserved overall State Ranking attached to their name.  Congratulate them on social media or in person the next time you see them.  Here are a few more from the Central Texas area that just got added to the Rankings list. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="99540" first="Shanti" last="Ramdeen"] [2021] 5-11 Outside (HS: Akins/Club: Austin Juniors/Verbal: Coppin St)</strong></p> <p>Welcome to the State Rankings List Miss [player_tooltip player_id="99540" first="Shanti" last="Ramdeen"].  She is the 58^thranked prospect in the 2021 class according to our ranking list This high-flying middle from AJV can bang with the best of them.  She is gifted with a strong upper body that she uses to demolish the ball out of her setter’s hands.  What some may say she lacks in height, she truly makes up for in hang time and raw power. Miss Ramdeen plays with a calmness about her.  She doesn’t look rattled on the court at all.  She just verbally committed to Coppin State and she will definitely make an impact once she gets up there in a few years.  She was sidelined with an injury for most of her junior season at school, so she will be back with a vengeance next year during her senior campaign. We are eagerly anticipating covering her this coming season.  Stay tuned for more explosiveness from Shanti.  She should stay on the rankings all year long in my opinion. </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="99543" first="Joselyn" last="Roberson"] [2021] 5-11 Right Side (HS: Hays/Club: Austin Juniors/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>We would like to introduce you to the number 69 ranked prospect in the state of Texas, [player_tooltip player_id="99543" first="Joselyn" last="Roberson"].  Certainly undersized for most 2021 right sides, this young lady is a high flyer who is capable of shutting down opponents just as her taller counterparts do. What is truly breathtaking is her lightning quick arm swing.  She is a very gifted athlete who can play on both pins.  I would love to see her get more opportunities to swing as she can be lethal at the net.  She will do well at the collegiate level with someone who loves to train athletes.  She could be considered a project to some, but I think it is a very project to start with in my opinion.  I’m excited to see what she brings going into her senior season.  I will absolutely be discussing her name with college coaching friends. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="99549" first="Tiffani" last="Luedke"] [2021] 5-10 Outside (HS: Vandergrift/Club: Austin Juniors/Verbal:  Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="99549" first="Tiffani" last="Luedke"] comes in as the 84^thranked prospect in the State of Texas.  What I love about her game is how she transitions off the net to get ready to hit.  She has a deep touch point and that allows her to have so much momentum behind her approach.  My favorite is when her and her setter connect with a fast tempo outside set. She attacks the split with authority. There are not a lot of flaws in her game as she can swing line to score as well.  She is a true six rotation outside who can do well for a small school in college.  I will be talking to coaches about her for sure.  We are very excited to have her on the Rankings list now and hope that this helps with her college exposure.  She is a hard worker and deserves some looks.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We have over thirty players to introduce you to that got added to our rankings with the new update. We will be publishing more articles daily to give the recognition to each athlete that has earned the right to be called a top 100 Texas Volleyball Player.  Stay tuned for more articles on your favorite athletes.  If you have anyone you think we should watch out for or that you think have what it takes to be added to our database, please shoot me an email with some info at nov8vb@yahoo.com</p>
