The story of this update in Indiana’s 2021 rankings is numbers. Since our Aunt Covid took over, less kids have had the opportunity to visit their schools of choice, less schools have had the opportunity to recruit and show face time on courts at tournaments, making the 2021 class one of the highest number of available kids in recent memory.

Many kids from all over the state in multiple position groups, are still available for signing up to play in the fall of 2021.

The highest ranked newbie to our rankings is [player_tooltip player_id="101178" first="Cara" last="Cresse"], a 6-5 middle from Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian and Louisville commit. Other "new" commits to this list include [player_tooltip player_id="96571" first="Ava" last="Doster"], a 5-4 DS from New Haven (Findlay), [player_tooltip player_id="96572" first="Taya" last="Haffner"], a 5-11 setter from Angola (Evansville), [player_tooltip player_id="101835" first="Brooke" last="Jackson"], a 5-11 OH from Mount Vernon/Posey (Miami, OH) and [player_tooltip player_id="101177" first="Isabelle" last="Hogan"], a 5-11 setter from Leo (The Citadel).

This is our first update since June. You can expect another update towards the end of the high school season in October.
