Prediction: Christian in 3

Belle High School 13-10-1

Vs.

Christian High School 4-7

Christian record is so deceiving at this point. [player_tooltip player_id="41747" first="Addison" last="Lyon"], Belle Monaco, and Summer Hollmann will be way more than Belle has seen all year and will just put the hammer on Belle. Belle didn’t beat a single team all season with a winning record. Christian for the win 3-0.

Prediction: Cabool in 3

Cabool High School 29-3-4

Vs

Eugene High School 17-10

Cabool beat Licking in the final 25-19, 25-17, 25-23 of the district final. Eugene beat Tolton 25-23, 25-20, 25-13 to pull off the upset. Cabool offense is lead by five hitters, Hailey Shannon 231, Josie Atkins 224, Alexis Hunter 204, Olivia Scheets 187, and Elizabeth Whetstine 149 kills. Eugene has incomplete stats but seems to have a sophomore leading them in kills in Shae Engelbrecht, followed by junior Macy Adrian. Just from a strength of schedule, Cabool steamrolls this match 3-0.

Sectional Prediction: Cabool in 5

Christian High School 4-7

Vs.

Cabool High School 29-3-4

The records are different, but the talent on both sides will be impressive. D1 setter [player_tooltip player_id="41747" first="Addison" last="Lyon"] is feeding two hammers in Belle Monaco and Summer Hollmann for Christian. Cabool has five impressive hitters to lean on. Cabool lost to Dexter, Park Hills Central, and Strafford. Christian has lost to Borgia (twice), St. Dominic, Lutheran St. Charles, Visitation, Lafayette, and St. Joseph Academy. Not exactly creampuff losses for either team. But with experience in playing a full season of game competition, I’m going to go with Cabool pulling this out in 5.
