We are taking a journey in time and looking back at our top uncommitted list for the class of 2021 by position. Today we will check in to see how the setters are performing this season at the halfway point.

[player_tooltip player_id="41765" first="Lily" last="Letchworth"] - Blue Springs High School

As we post this article it appears the stats from the last week of games weren't updated. Nonetheless, Letchworth has been as good as advertised this season. She continues to be a solid decision-maker from the setter position. In 34 sets played she has dished out 292 assists. She has also contributed in the kill department, putting down 42 balls.

Morgan Sanders - Lee’s Summit High School

Last season the Tigers lost their setter early in the season and Sanders stepped up in a big way. This year she transitioned to the pin position and has been productive so far this fall. In 25 sets, she has 61 kills and 53 digs in the first month of her senior campaign. She had three 11 kill matches last month.

[player_tooltip player_id="101690" first="Arley" last="Anderson"] - Park Hill South High School

Anderson is no longer on the uncommitted list after deciding to play her college ball at Central Missouri. Unfortunately, Anderson and her teammates have missed a few weeks of the season which has hindered her numbers but she is having a stellar season. She passed the 2000 assists mark in her career.

Mayson Behney - Kearney High School

Behney is again showing her versatility this fall for Kearney. She is leading the team in assists with 198 thus far on the year. She is also second on the team in kills, registering 82. And she happens to also be second in the digs category with 111. I guess we should add she is the ace leader with 28.

[player_tooltip player_id="41789" first="Cali" last="Bokenkroger"] - St Michael the Archangel

We don't have any statistics or video to get a glimpse of how Bokenkroger is doing in her final season. The Guardians are off to a 3-5-1 start.

New names in the mix

Jacquelyn Elliott - Raymore - Peculiar High School

Elliott is playing well for Ray-Pec in her senior season. The 5'9" setter is averaging a tad over 7 assists a set at 301 for the year. She does a good job of working hard to get under the ball and has displayed a soft touch. She also has contributed 75 digs and 19 aces.

[player_tooltip player_id="101695" first="Hannah" last="Joyce"] - Pleasant Hill High School

She is not a new name by our standards but she wasn't included on the KC Metro list. She was a member of our just outside the area list but we will add her since Pleasant Hill is kind of considered the metro. Anyway, enough rambling...Joyce is being her typical self in 2020. She is averaging 10 assists a set and has racked up 424 in the first month.
