<p>[program_tooltip program_id='428799' first='Rockwood' last='Thunder'] 15 Carolina had an outstanding showing at the Windy City Qualifier, finishing with a remarkable 9-1 record and a 19-6 set ratio. They kicked off the tournament strong, achieving five successive sweeps. Their momentum continued as they won four consecutive matches in straight sets, culminating in an exhilarating semifinal victory over [program_tooltip program_id='432009' first='Sky' last='High'] Adidas 15 Red, 17-15. This thrilling win propelled them into the finals against Cajun Elite 15 Waylon. Although they fought hard, they fell short, losing a closely contested match 25-17, 22-25, 14-16. Key players like <strong>Addison Wilkerson</strong> excelled in the middle, while <strong>Elynn Blankenship</strong> was a force on the left pin. <strong>Camilla Barbin</strong>, showing her skills as a libero, was crucial in defense throughout the tournament.</p>

<p>FVA 15-1 secured another bid with a solid 7-2 record, only falling to the teams that eventually faced off for the title—Jax Skyline 15 Royal and 1st Alliance 15 White. Their quarterfinal match against Gateway Region's HP Illinois 15 National was a nail-biter, ending with a score of 25-22, 26-28, 15-12 in FVA's favor. They then advanced to the semifinals against the eventual champions, Jax Skyline 15 Royal. Standout players included <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='918805' first='Kathryn' last='Riordan']</strong>, who excelled as libero, while <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='887254' first='Sophie' last='Hall']</strong> provided strength from the middle. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='775330' first='Addison' last='Dewilde']</strong> was effective on the left pin, while <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='775716' first='Ella' last='Cox']</strong> dominated on the opposite, contributing significantly to the team's success.</p>

Their streak ended with a tough loss to MARIN 15 Black, but the team rebounded to face FVA 15-1 in the quarterfinals. Despite their efforts, they were narrowly defeated with scores of 22-25, 28-26, 12-15. Key performers included <strong>Harper Kraus</strong> on the pins, <strong>Reese Kreke</strong> showing strong defensive skills, and <strong>Lyric Henninger</strong> making significant contributions from the middle.</p>
