The Future is Here – 2024 Class Vol 6

<p>We would love to officially welcome the 2024 class to the Prep Dig State Rankings.  We are going to restart this series that we began this past spring with the freshman class of 2024.  We have covered some in the Dallas –Fort Worth Metroplex area before but we are back here again as they have tons of talented players on our list.  We are extremely excited to cover this class now that they have had their high school season complete.  We have been very active in communicating with College Recruiting Directors all over the state so that we can bring the best to the eyes of the college coaches we have in our database that read our articles.  So without further ado, here are a few more of the standouts from the 2024 class from the North Texas area.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="124115" first="Alyson" last="Robbins"] [2024] 6-1 Right Side (HS: Arlington/Club: Texas Image/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Please welcome Alyson as we currently have her ranked as the 14^thbest prospect overall and the 2^ndbest Right Side in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.  She is a tall right side from the Arlington area.  This young lady has a vicious transition and approach to attack.  That alone would be nice for a freshman to have, but when you marry that hard driven footwork with such a violent arm swing you get one heck of an attacker on the court.  Oh did we mention that she is left-handed?  She is exactly what you would want in a young right side pin attacker. It is fun to watch her attack and then celebrate on the court with her teammates.  She plays with a lot of passion.  She is able to hit both line and angle from the right which helps her score at will.  This past season on Varsity at Arlington High School she was able to accumulate 211 kills, 21 blocks, and 49 digs.  The most impressive stat was her ability to hit a .339 hitting efficiency on 469 attempts as a freshman on Varsity.  We are expecting some great things from her.  Please help us welcome her to the State Rankings as we are excited to cover her this club season and for the future. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="124104" first="Mikala" last="Young"] [2024] 5-11 Outside  (HS: Prestonwood Christian/Club: Texas Advantage/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Please welcome Mikala as we currently have her ranked as the 15^thbest overall prospect and the 6^thbest left side pin hitter in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.  She is from the famous TAV club program who is known nationally in every age group. She was named the TAPPS 6A District 2 1^stTeam this past season on Varsity at Prestonwood Christian. She is no stranger to accolades or playing at a high level as she has played club since she was 10 years old and has medaled at both AAU and USA Nationals at age 10, 11, and 12 at her previous Skyline club.  She has always been the captain and MVP of her younger teams and looks to continue that tradition as she embarks on a wonderful high school career.  She is a gifted scorer and will definitely lead her team in kills for the foreseeable future.  We are excited to have her in the Prep Dig Family and are excited to watch her progress on the court.  Please welcome her to the Prep Dig family and congratulate her on being ranked with the top players in the great state of Texas. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="124116" first="Lillian" last="Hamilton"]  [2024] 6-0 Right Side (HS: Timber Creek/Club: Texas Advantage/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Please welcome Lillian as we currently have her ranked as the 19^thbest prospect overall and the 3^rdbest Right Side in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings. She is a skilled blocker and attacker on the right pin at an early age.  She is solid in all of her skills and does a fantastic job for her TAV club.  She is a very smart attacker who understands when to swing away and when to provide an off-speed shot to keep the opponent off-balance.  We really like her form as she approaches and attacks the ball at the peak of her jump. She reaches and touches the ball very high, which will help her throughout her entire volleyball career. Lillian has a very high ceiling to keep getting better and we have no doubt that her club will take her to the next level as they always do with their athletes.  We are excited to cover her for the future and can’t wait to see her progress.  Please welcome her to the Prep Dig family and congratulate her on being ranked amongst the best in the state. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If you know of any other players or clubs that we need to cover, please email me at nov8vb@yahoo.com.
